What time does the ceremony begin?
The ceremony will begin at 6:00 p.m. We ask that guests arrive at the venue no later than 5:45 p.m. in order to find their seats prior to the ceremony beginning. Please note, guests are unable to go inside the reception space until after the ceremony.
Where is the ceremony being held?
Our ceremony is being held on-site at the reception venue on their outdoor back terrace. When you arrive, please check-in with the host inside to be directed to the terrace. We ask that you dress for the weather as we will be outside for the ceremony for roughly 15 minutes.
The ceremony is outside; what happens if the weather is bad?
Should the weather not be in our favour, the ceremony will be moved inside to the reception space. The host at Cluny's will direct you to the reception space upon arrival.
Do you have a gift registry?
We consider ourselves lucky enough to have everything we need. Should you wish to kindly celebrate us with a gift, we ask for a monetary gift that will go towards our dream honeymoon following the wedding. Please note, we kindly ask that no physical gifts be brought to the venue as we will not be going home following the reception - a card box will be available at the reception for well-wishes.
Is there a dress code?
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us - our dress code is cocktail formal!
When is the deadline to submit my RSVP?
Due to strict venue deadlines, we ask that you submit your RSVP by Tuesday, March 25, 2025. Unfortunately, if we have not received your reply by the noted deadline we will have to assume that you are unable to attend and send your regrets and well wishes!
What is the bar situation?
We will be offering guests a open bar throughout the evening along with a variety of non-alcoholic options for guests to celebrate with us!
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invitation. When RSVPing, all guest information including plus ones, will be listed under your name.
Are children welcome?
We love all of our friend's and family's little ones! However, due to venue restrictions and the open bar, our celebration will be limited to those over 16 years of age. We encourage you to use this evening as a fun date night and thank you in advance for pre-arranging childcare for the evening.
Where do I park?
If you will be driving to the venue, please note that there is no complimentary on-site parking. We highly encourage you to take advantage of the GO train and TTC lines (if possible) to make your way to the venue. There are multiple paid parking lots around the Distillery District located within a close distance to the venue. Parking costs range from $10 to $25 depending on the lot selected.
I have an allergy and/or dietary restriction...
Our venue can accommodate all allergen and/or dietary restrictions; please indicate this on your RSVP. During the cocktail and dinner reception, please identify your restrictions with venue staff so they can ensure you receive your correct meal.
